Coordination with the field team (James) was top notch. The CCSI guys were prompt and were great to work with. Justin was heavily involved with schedule data collections and brought lots of knowledge to the table for our team to better understand the erection process.
Our Field team made some changes to flow of erection, and although initially we thought it was a tall ask, we were able to accomplish this and CCSI accommodated and adapted without pause.
Coordination with CCSI was great as well. It’s great to have partners like CCSI involved from the design all the way thru erection. This makes planning and problem-solving super fluid.

As part of the new facilities to accommodate the transfer of the Armor Division to Ft. Benning, GA, this project consists of barracks, dining facility, parade field, running trail, Brigade Headquarters and Battalion Headquarters. Built to serve 2,400 soldiers, the site encompasses 691,000sf of indoor space combined.
Jacksonville State University

This expansion of William A. Meehan Hall mixed-use facility at Burgess-Snow Field and included additional seating to the south stands and east endzone and the seven-story Stadium Tower (floors 1-4 are a residence hall for students, while floors 5-7 house skyboxes and the press box). Once completed, seating capacity in the stands was increased to 24,000.

CCSI erected structural steel for this three-story, 61-unit facility as part of the Brooks Health System, Bartram Campus located in Jacksonville, FL.
The Inn at Palmetto Bluff
Bluffton, SC
The expansion of the Inn at Palmetto Bluff added 150 luxury rooms in a collection of buildings to the Inn’s current 50 individual cottages. The Inn also includes a luxury spa, family pool, fitness center, restaurant, meeting space and new employee offices.
